How do I do an exchange?

We happily do free exchanges for the same item in a size, color, or pattern that's in stock.  If there is any price difference in the items, our customer service team will work with you on either a refund or an additional charge for the difference. 

Visit our returns portal here, and choose "Other" as the reason for return. In the box that appears for comments, let us know what size/color/pattern that you would like an exchange for.

An agent from our team will get in touch via email and we'll send you a printable postage-paid label for you to return your item, and once we see it's on its way back to us, we'll ship you the replacement item.
