Chimer doesn't ring loudly
The chimer is soft, and chimes occasionally, so as not to be annoying. It is not a constant noise or jingle bell. It rings as people move or sway at certain times. The Maker listens to chimers as they pack them to be sure there are no issues. Also, shaking the locket does not encourage the sound; it is the swaying motion that allows the chimer to roll inside and emit a chime.
Cleaning your locket
Use a dry cloth to gently wipe the locket clean. The lockets are made of stainless steel and should not require excess water or chemicals to clean it. The Maker does not recommend wearing the lockets in chlorine.
