When we go out of stock and are unsure when a particular variety of a product will be available it no longer appears in the drop down menu. We likely still carry that option, we just don't know when we'll have it back. In these cases, we recommend checking back in 1-2 weeks to see if it reappears as an option.
For some of our custom products related to specific areas, sports teams, etc. you may see that a popular team or area is missing from the drop down. This means that we are out of stock and do not know when we will receive more.
If we are out of stock on an item and we do know when we will receive more, it will still appear in the drop down, but there will be messaging indicating delayed processing while we await more stock.
